Bottom brackets
Here's some more information about bottom brackets.
There are 3 sizes spindles: 19mm, 22mm and sometimes 24mm.
And there are 4 different sizes bottom brackets: American, Euro (threaded), Mid and Spanish.

Here's a little example:
Your frame's bottom bracket is 37mm, Your spindle is 22mm, this means you need a 22mm Spanish bottom bracket.
And some important installation tips:
- Use grease.
- Make sure the bearings go in straight.
- Don't forget the spacer inside your BB between the bearings.
- You can use a rubber hammer for the press fit bottom brackets.
- You can use a piece of wood to put between the bearing and your hammer to prevent damage on the bearing.
- Euro BB is threaded and the left bearing has to go in counter clockwise, the bearings are marked with a 'L' and a 'R' to indicate which side of the frame the bearing needs to go in. Screw the bearing in straight!
